How are your new years’ resolutions coming along?! I definitely look at the new year for a great time to evaluate and reset. My resolutions are more so goals that I am constantly working towards because there’s no need to get all worked up and stressed if you don’t accomplish your resolutions as soon as you thought. Sometimes the best things take time 🙂
In terms of staying fit, I’m really trying to live a healthier lifestyle in 2019. I told myself that starting now, I will limit my wine intake during the week, hit the gym or go on a hike at least 4 days in a week, and control my dessert intake! You guys…my mom is still on this ice cream kick! Haha look at her scooping her second ice cream cone today! But we are going to a bootcamp class tomorrow morning so it’s all about balance baby!
We cooked dinner tonight too right before we sat down to watch The Bachelor! For the salad we did a mesclun mix, sliced cucumbers, radishes, carrots, and a lemon-olive oil dressing! We paired that with grilled chicken and asparagus. YUM!
