It’s been so much fun getting better and experimenting with cooking 🙂 Diego and I used to just cook our go-to meals, but have now started looking up recipes and trying out new things. On tonight’s menu, we cooked up a caprese salad with fresh burrata instead of mozzarella. I love loading up the basil for that and olive oil and vinegar with salt and pepper and heirloom tomatoes. Yum!
For the main course, I cooked up a Tuscan garlic shrimp dish with zucchini noodles. I tried it out with some spinach and sundries tomatoes and it turned out lovely! Diego and I finished every last bite which is definitely a good feeling for the cook 🙂 Hehe.
