Ohh today I finally got to try out a new flavor of my Protein World powder. It’s banana flavor and sooo delicious.
I made a quick and easy smoothie for my mom and I before we went to run some errands.
I don’t do measurements so bare with me ;)
4 oz. Alkaline Water
6 oz. Unsweetened Almond Milk
4 Scoops of Banana Protein World Powder
1 Frozen Banana
1 Handful of Frozen Peaches
1/2 Handful of Berries (I did raspberries)
2 Teaspoons of Chia Seeds
1 Handful of Kale
**Blend together until it’s that perfectly smooth texture**
